Self-checkout App is specialized software for self-checkout kiosks in the retail sector. Developed with Flutter to ensure a consistent, high-performance user interface across multiple platforms, and backed by a Node.js backend for real-time transaction management. The application is optimized to run on specific point-of-sale hardware, such as Histone and NCR terminals. In addition, it integrates natively with key peripherals such as Zebra barcode scanners, ensuring fast and error-free communication. The system manages the entire purchase process, from product scanning to payment completion, reducing queues and improving in-store efficiency.
